It all began when I was 8.
My father, a Computer Analyst and Cobol programmer at the time, brought home a Sharp portable PC (a notebook if you want), the first computer in my life. We’re in 1986 and I’m playing my first game, a helicopter game named Striker, basic but lot’s of fun, suddenly it all “clicked” and I was transformed in a Geek for all the remaining years.
One year later I had my first PC, a Olivetti PC1, NEC V40, 4.77 / 8 MHz Processor with 640Kb RAM and a 10Mb hard drive… I was the only kid in the neighborhood who didn’t have a Spectrum 🙁
After that I got a Amiga 500 (my dream machine and one of the greatest computers of all time) which gladly provided me with lots of great moments. Then the PC Era boomed, the Amiga died and something else came up. Phone line communications, modems, BBSs, e-mail, fidonet, usenet… those where the days.
Since then, much has happened in this Computer Universe, and I can’t “logout” from it.
I’ve studied Computer Engineering and always worked in IT. From Web Designer to Systems Administrator, I’ve done it all, always learning more and enjoying the great things that the information age provides us with.
I’m a hacker, a tinkerer and a thinker, mostly motivated by passion and curiosity.
For now, I’ve settled as a Cloud Architect, specialized in Azure.
The future? Who knows…

It’s my personal site, a blog at the moment. A record for times to come, or maybe not. I plan to use it for my personal reasons, and to share with the world some of my thoughts and other stuff that I may (or may not) find appealing.
