\t\t\t\tI'm doing a (free) operating system (just a hobby, won't be big and
\n\t\t\t\tprofessional like gnu) for 386(486) AT clones.  This has been brewing
\n\t\t\t\tsince april, and is starting to get ready.  I'd like any feedback on
\n\t\t\t\tthings people like\/dislike in minix, as my OS resembles it somewhat
\n\t\t\t\t(same physical layout of the file-system (due to practical reasons)
\n\t\t\t\tamong other things).<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\tI've currently ported bash(1.08) and gcc(1.40), and things seem to work.
\n\t\t\t\tThis implies that I'll get something practical within a few months, and
\n\t\t\t\tI'd like to know what features most people would want.  Any suggestions
\n\t\t\t\tare welcome, but I won't promise I'll implement them \ud83d\ude42<\/p>\n

\t\t\t\tPS.  Yes - it's free of any minix code, and it has a multi-threaded fs.
\n\t\t\t\tIt is NOT protable (uses 386 task switching etc), and it probably never
